Its shear performance is equivalent to that of high-speed steel T8, and its performance is better than T8, but its price is slightly higher. Due to the high content of Cr, its production and processing are more complex, and it is highly sensitive to overheating. It has a large oxidation and decarburization range, and it is necessary to master the heat treatment range when using.

2: 6CrW2Si cutting machine blade, priced higher than 9CrSi. Adding W to high-speed steel can improve the material's thermal stability, room temperature and high temperature hardness, and oxidation resistance. It can be used for cutting domestic and imported stainless steel.

3: The blade of the Cr12MoV shearing machine has a lower carbon content than Cr12 steel, and the addition of an appropriate amount of Mo and V can improve the unevenness of carbides. Mo can reduce carbide segregation and improve hardenability, while V can refine grains and increase toughness and wear resistance. Cr12MoV steel has high hardenability, and its cross-section can be fully quenched below 400mm. It can still maintain good hardness and wear resistance at 300-400 ℃. It has higher toughness than Cr12 steel, and the volume change during quenching is small. It also has high wear resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties, suitable for manufacturing various types of cutting tools and molds with large loads and high working temperatures.

4: The H13 plate shearing machine blade, H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1), also known as the American steel grade H13, has high thermal strength and hardness. It has good toughness, thermal fatigue performance, and certain wear resistance under medium temperature conditions. Therefore, the price should be high, and it is suitable for manufacturing various types of cutting tools for punching, rolling, and longitudinal cutting of medium and thick plates. When cutting 5-15mm stainless steel or 5-25 plain and low alloy plates, the effect is significantly better than other materials such as 6CrW2Si cutting tools, It is a material with a wide range of applications.
